What Are Care Kits?

A Care Kit is box of resources, activities, and comfort items designed to provide solace and hope for those experiencing a suicide loss and those who have survived an suicide attempt. 

The Tahoe Truckee Suicide Prevention Coalition provides these kits at no cost for survivors of suicide loss and suicide attempts living in or connected to the Truckee-Tahoe area. 

If you would like to receive a Care Kit or refer someone else to receive one, please fill out the order form below and we will reach out to you.
